Review before the inspection
Read the complete agreement before accepting it. Ask questions about the selected service, access, exclusions, timing, or report delivery before the inspection begins.
Property-specific terms matter
Website descriptions are general. The signed agreement for the property identifies the actual service and controls if website language differs.
Limitations are part of the scope
Concealed, obstructed, inaccessible, unsafe, inactive, intermittent, and future conditions may not be identified during a visual inspection.
Additional structures and services must be identified
Detached buildings, WDI forms, insurer forms, commercial systems, and other added services should be disclosed before the appointment. They are included only when accepted and stated in the applicable written scope.
Changed conditions may require a revised plan
Utility shutdowns, active construction, unsafe conditions, unavailable areas, weather, occupancy, or incorrect property information may affect what can be inspected. Material changes should be discussed before work begins.
Obtain the actual agreement when scheduling
This page is an overview and is not the inspection contract. The applicable agreement is provided as part of the confirmed scheduling process.
